More than Surgery
We won't give up on your health.
Treatment, support and aftercare from a team of expert professionals.
Liver Surgery
We perform all standard surgeries to the most advanced liver surgery thanks to our unique experience in liver transplantation.
We provide surgery for benign and malignant lesions of the liver such as liver metastases, hepatocellular carcinoma and cholangiocarcinoma. No other surgeon in Perth has this experience to place at the service of your health.
Gallbladder & Bile Duct Surgery
We deliver excellent surgical outcomes as well as the most attentive patient care and support.
We build on many years of University Hospital experience such as King’s College Hospital, London and Addenbrooke’s Hospital, Cambridge to offer the safest and most cutting edge surgery of the gallbladder and bile duct anatomy, available in Western Australia.
Pancreatic Surgery
You benefit from the many years of experience each of our specialist surgeons have, in this area.
Open or laparoscopic pancreas surgery may be the recommended treatment option if you have been diagnosed with a pancreas lesion. The operations we perform include distal pancreatectomy, surgery for pancreatic cysts and chronic pancreatitis.
Hernia Surgery
Hernia repairs can be an open or a laparoscopic surgery (keyhole surgery).
Hernia repair is needed when intestine or fatty tissue pushes through a weak spot in the muscular structure of your abdomen to create a bulge. When you consider the options for your hernia repair, it’s essential to see a specialist surgeon to get expert surgery and patient care both before, during and after your surgery.
Benign Gastro-Oesophageal Surgery
Common types of surgery performed by our Perth surgeons include a laparoscopic fundoplication, heller myotomy and surgery of cardial cancers.
Oesophageal disorders may cause heartburn and reflux and if you need surgery, you can count on our extensive experience in this area. We commit to providing expert surgery, as well as personalised care.
Stomach Cancer Surgery
Our surgical training is extensive and has been carried out in some of the best worldwide institutions.
Stomach cancer and ulcer surgery is one of our specialties. We can help with endoscopies and assessment of these conditions as well as nutritional support. These types of surgeries are now rarer as risk factors such as smoking and alcohol, as well as excessive consumption of preserved foods, are more controlled.
Spleen Surgery
Our multi-disciplinary team will be there for you to prepare your surgery and provide support and aftercare.
A number of conditions can affect the spleen and treatment may involve a splenectomy (surgical removal of the spleen). If a splenectomy is performed, a number of vaccinations are necessary.
Cancer Surgery
Our surgeons work together to provide top quality surgery and care.
With expertise and surgical refinement only built by those performing extremely demanding surgery such as liver transplantation, the most successful surgery for cancers of the liver, gallbladder, bile ducts, pancreas, stomach, duodenum and spleen is available to you at The Surgeons Collective.
